Marc S. Primiani is a Partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office and is one of the two original founders of the firm.
Mr. Primiani currently specializes in business transactions, corporate law and estate planning.

Mr. Primiani displays his adventurous side through his annual heli-skiing trip to Canada. He also enjoys sharing his love for skiing with his wife and daughter during their stays in Aspen. His daughter learned to ski at the age of three.
Experience
Mr. Primiani previously lead the Southern California Estate & Trust division of myCFO, a national wealth management company, which included responsibilities relating to design and coordination of estate tax, income tax, philanthropy, insurance, and asset protection strategies. Prior to joining myCFO, Mr. Primiani established Cohen, Primiani & Foster, a leading boutique tax specialty firm in Los Angeles, with a particular emphasis in the entertainment industry. The firm included over thirty employees and focused on complex multi-generational tax planning for high net worth individuals, their families, endowments and foundations, entities, and corporate pension plans.
